Holiday House "Venturi" is rented indistinctly for up to 5+1 adults. We do not offer rates per person but per apartment.

What is included
At the cost of the stay, we include Italian espresso welcome coffee, dish soap and dishwasher, hand soap, shower soap, washing machine soap, room cleaning material, Iron and ironing board, towels and sheets and everything you need for your stay... Of course also the WIFI Internet.

Extra
The price for the final cleaning of the apartment is € 80,00, if you wish to have an extra cleaning service you can request it at a cost of € 10.00/h with a minimum of 3h per day.

For stay over 15 days, we charge an extra cost of € 40,00 for intermedium cleaning.

It is possible to organize excursions and transfers with authorized services with professionals in the convention. Ask us for all the information!

Tourist tax
The municipality of Rome has established the payment of a contribution of stay for each night spent in the structures of the city. For holiday homes The fare is equal to €3.50 per night for max 10 nights, for the following nights there is nothing to be matched. The residents in Rome, children up to 10 years old, are excluded from the payment of the contribution.

Accepted payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, bank transfer, cashier's cheque (only for the deposit).

Reservation mode
At the time of booking will be paid a deposit equal to 40% of the total amount of the stay;

At the time of check-in the remaining 60% of the Stay + residence tax + €250.00 is paid, for eventual damages, that will be returned at the end of the stay.

CHECK-IN
Check-in takes place from 14.00 hours to 17.00. The apartment will be delivered clean. If the apartment is already ready, you can vary the check-in time by arrangement, if the apartment is not yet ready to receive guests, you can deposit your luggage in the waiting time.

At the time of access, each guest must necessarily have the following their own document of recognition in the course of validity.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out takes place within 10.00 hours of the last day of stay. If possible, you can move the check-out time after the agreement.

Cancellations and variations
In the case of cancellation communicated:

-At least 14 days in advance of the date of arrival, no penalty will apply and the deposit is returned in full.
-7 to 13 days before a penalty equal to the cost of the first night will be applied;
-From the day of check-in to the sixth day, in case of non-arrival will be applied a penalty of 100% on the deposit.

In case of variation of the Stay:

-At least 7 days in advance from the date of arrival will not apply any penalty and the deposit is considered valid for the purposes of the contextual reservation of a new stay
-From the day of check-in to the sixth day, will apply a penalty equal to the cost of the first night the remaining deposit will be considered valid for the purposes of the contextual reservation of a new stay.

In case of early departure for reasons not attributable to the structure, will still be retained the full amount of the stay.
